Do you also setup and supply the crew to build your portable stages? - You bet! We also have of roster of qualified NYC-based technicians in every discipline: systems designers, audio engineers, lighting designers, video techs, production assistants, project managers, carpenters, drivers... someone for whatever the event requires.
Can you design and build a custom concept runway? - Yes! We've been designing staging and runways since the 80s and we can supply a turnkey production solution for fashion event planners. The fashion show event venue requires a COI, can you supply one? - Yes, that's a requirement for almost every space in NYC. Send us their sample or 'Additionally Insured' language and we can supply one once the event is confirmed and paid.
Can you do a site visit? - Absolutely. A few minutes onsite is worth a thousand pictures and emails. We just request a small fee that we will apply against the invoice when the event is confirmed and paid.
My fashion show that needs a runway stage rental is in a State or City run park, can The House Of Jax work within their regulations? - Absolutely! We've been in every outdoor space in NYC from the City and State Parks to Times Square and we know what to expect. We can really help to plan your outdoor event by assisting you with navigating the permit process with the various NY agencies (SAPO, NYPD and FDNY).
The CIty or State agency that governs the park is asking to protect the grass, can you do that? - Yes! We've done this many times and know the approved materials to keep the turf safe from damage from our equipment.
Do you honor Rain Dates?
- Rain and inclement weather is always a consideration when producing an outdoor event. We will absolutely work with you for a rain date so that your event happens, just maybe not on the originally planned date.
My outdoor event (and budget) is very small, can you handle that? - Absolutely! We love small and intimate affairs as much as those big budget-busting events.
Our fashion show has no access to electricity, can you supply power? - Yes! Not only can we supply gas and diesel generators, but we also have a variety of green power solutions.
