Who We Are
Collectively, The House Of Jax is a Live Event Production and AV Rental company based in the Bronx and focused on the corporate, festival, fashion, educational and LGBT markets. Nikita Dejanira Jax, the founder and namesake, has over 35 years of experience in the field. We are trans-led, trans-owned, and we believe in reaching behind to uplift our community.
What We Do
We love Live Events! Our contribution to the live event market is the systems design and delivery of the 'production side' of your event: Audio and PA systems, Theatrical and Event Lighting, TVs and Monitors, LED Walls, Livestreaming, staging and runways, set design. If it plugs in, then we do it.
We also use this platform to recruit, train and promote a world class team of technicians by reaching into our community to find individuals that need an opportunity to change their narrative.

Where are we located
We are proudly located in the Bronx, oh kerr?!?! The Bronx (the greenest boro thank you) offers us quick access to Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn as well as northern NJ. Plus - we love the vibrant culture that is the Bronx. Hip Hop, Salsa, House Balls, all were born here in the BX, and if you're up here in the Boogie Down drop us a line. It may have started with Nikki Jax (otherwise known as Mama Nikki) , but as the first trans-owned and trans-operated Live Event Production House in NYC, we have built a roster of trans and LGBT individuals known for professionalism, enthusiasm and technical execution.
