What Makes Audio for Floats, Marches and Parades Unique?
Marches and Parades are noisy, chaotic and moving affairs. It requires delivering music and speech in a near 360 degree pattern, and at a Sound Pressure Level that is above the crowd and energetic but not so loud as to cause damage or drive listeners away. If the system is being installed on a float, then it must be powerful but small, and well secured to the structure but not take up a large footprint. And the power needs must be correctly calculated to last the duration of the float's run.
